Samsung removes its messaging app after failing to win Google Message
Samsung is removing its messaging app from the new Galaxy phone. By default, the messaging app company, which was available on Samsung phones, has withdrawn from the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6. Instead, the company has made Google Message a default messaging app.
According to various
reports, Samsung's messaging app will not be available in the new phone that the
company will bring to the market. Samsung has also confirmed in talks with Android
authorities that the Samsung app will no longer be available on new phones.
In particular, RCS (Rich Communication Services) is considered to be the reason why the company has replaced its messaging app. Under this, photos, texts, videos, and sounds can be sent from the messaging app with the help of the internet.
Apart from this, there is also information about message scenes and message typing in RCS. Google Message is ahead of Samsung Message in terms of RCS. Similarly, Google Message is also ahead in the case of user interface. Especially in Google Message, RCS can work on any network. However, Samsung Messages supports RCS only on mobile networks.
Apart from this, Google
Message is also ahead of Samsung Message for sending high-quality photos and videos.
Google Message can also be used to use messaging apps on the web.
